When will I have my refund?
1. Refunds will be applied 7 days after receiving the package in the warehouse. We will make the refund to your default balance, unless you inform us that you want it in your original payment account. The balance can be used for future purchases.
2. We DO NOT refund original shipping charges or shipping insurance, as these are non-refundable charges, unless we have shipped a package by mistake or you have not received your order.
3. During peak sales seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, February 14; refunds may be delayed up to 15 days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
4. Personalized jewelry does not apply to refunds, only if it is due to a manufacturing defect.
